7.30am – Hall Open for Setup of Staging
8.30am – Benching of Team Birds
9.30am – Cut Off for Benching of Team Birds
9.30 – 9.45 – Gather Judges and Stewards – Delivery from J&S and President to Judges and Stewards
9.45am – Welcome Clubs, Members, Guests and Visitors
9.50am – Announce Judges and Stewards for Each Variety Class
10.00am – Announce Trade Stands
10.00am – 11.30am – Judging
Placing Sheets and Judges Comments STRAIGHT BACK TO ADMIN within 10 Mins of Judging finalisation
– Best Birds to Finals Areas – Including Beginner and Intermediate birds to their own sections.
11.45am – 12.15pm – Final Judging
12.00pm – Announce Lunch
12.15pm – 1.45pm – Viewing of Birds
12.30pm – 1.30pm – Presentation
1.45pm – 2.30pm – Trophy Presentation

2.45pm – Birds off Bench
Teams to confirm All Birds Accounted For
No one to leave Hall until Staging reloaded
No one to leave Hall until Floor Cleaned and Bench Tables and Chairs replaced as they were found
