NOTICE OF ANNUAL General Meeting (AGM)
This notice is provided to comply with Section 9 of the Model Rules for an Incorporated Society (Associations Incorporation Act 1981), under which the United Budgerigar Society (UBS) operates.
The details of the UBS AGM for 2020 are as follows:
Venue: 1st Eaglemont Scout Group Hall, Irvine Road, East Ivanhoe
Date: Tuesday 07 April 2020
Commencement: 7:30pm sharp
Business at AGM
- Confirmation of minutes of previous AGM
- Committee reports (President, Secretary, Treasurer)
- Election of officers of the club and ordinary members of the committee for the next 12 months
- Special business
- Discussion of proposed UBS Code of Conduct (attached).
